I was this week in close temporal sequence in two very different venues: first
The recently opened Segafredo in the newly built house research (9th district, corner Sensengasse / Hospital Street) is conveniently located for students on campus - but then that's pretty. The cafe offers the usual cold, not very inviting charm of this group, prices at the top and somewhat helpless personnel despite a moderate number of visitors. Today's visit to the cafe Gumpendorf I found it very nice, especially the values of society. Stephan, Cristoph and I was present in Coffeeday, even though we first wanted to go into Landtmann. After his jacket there but would have to hand, we have just gone somewhere else.
I personally find the Coffeeday nice, because it just across from the university is not too expensive (Caffee Latte € 2.90 is ok.), Not as American as the name might suggest, and there can be comfortable sofas. Is just very difficult to get hold of one. Free network also exist. What kind disturb: The waiters are pretty inattentive, we had relatively long wait for the order and it is also a whole always pretty full. Now is not necessarily the café, as I would constantly hit me (that's family café technically not as good), but if you are on the university and a break is not bad.
